Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Custom designs will not be eligible for return due to change of mind.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue to assist with resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if a different size or variant exchange is approved. Contact us at srlperformance3d@gmail.com to discuss exchange options.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom-designed, made-to-order, or personalized products, these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for change-of-mind reasons.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details before placing their order. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, colour, design, or provides incorrect customization information.
However, if a custom product arrives damaged, defective, significantly different from the approved design, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Australian Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, not fit for their intended purpose, or do not meet consumer guarantees. Customers may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a product failure.
Where a product has a major failure, customers may choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
This policy applies in addition to, and does not replace, any rights and remedies available under Australian law.
