Thank you for shopping with SRL Performance & Design. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production times will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once an order has been shipped and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Australia: 2–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • International: 7–30 business days

These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-designed, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Please allow the production timeframe stated on the product page before your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Public holidays
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at srlperformance3d@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We may request supporting information, including photographs of damaged items or packaging, to assist with claims and resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbours.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  3. Contact us if further assistance is required.
